Shipping policy

At Avanti Salon, we take great care in preparing and shipping your order so it arrives safely and promptly.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST may be processed the following business day.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Avanti Salon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
